I will finish school next year, at 17. I live in Scotland. The problem I find myself in, is that our university culture is mainly based around bars and stuff. Since I will be 17, I wont get in anywhere, so I'm thinking on waiting till I'm 18, in February, to apply for the following summer. In this gap I plan on working and going somewhere. I really want to go live in Washington (state) for a month and bum about and see bands and stuff. I basically want to know, would I be able to get into gigs and bars to see bands being 18 or and I better waiting till I'm 21 and finishing university first?
